This is a spacious 250 m2 penthouse for a five-member family in an urban district of low-rise single and multifamily buildings. The project was carried out by HOLA Design in an “up to the key” option, ranging from the concept stage up to comprehensive implementation. A large, mainly glass-walled living room has a separate wall brick area for a dining room and an open plan kitchen. The details of the windows and the island specially designed for this apartment, as well as all the furniture and mirrors enlarging the space, create a unique atmosphere. There are numerous contrasting combinations of black and white in the entrance (with private elevator), the dining room and the kitchen. In the kitchen there is a hidden entrance to a pantry. There is a private zone with three children rooms, two bathrooms and a main bedroom with a separate wardrobe decorated in a bright and toned style with single strong color accents in the form of graphic elements. In the master ensuite bathroom there is a bathtub on a platform and the bedroom has a delicate decorative motif of wall moldings. There is a billiard table in a hobby room adjacent to the entrance. The roof of the penthouse was designed by HOLA Design and will function as a terrace together with a summer kitchen, home SPA and a relaxation zone.
